Going to counselling may feel like a big step, but we’ve made accessing counselling easier. You can just drop in for a session during our hours of service – no appointment is needed. And your first appointment is free!

- 10 AM – 12 PM (noon), 1 – 3 PM & 5 – 8 PM

No matter what you’re going through, please know that help is available. Just stop by to talk! Most of our clients feel better only after one session.
Our counselling is goal-oriented and solution-focused. It means that you will create a plan for the change that you wish to see in your life with the help of a mental health therapist.

Who can come in for counselling?
Anyone aged 16 or over can attend counselling; no referrals or appointments are needed.
Children under 16 can attend with their parents’ consent but parents must attend a session first before bringing their children
How much does it cost?
Your first appointment is free of charge.
Following appointments are $180 per session. Subsidized counselling is available based on your annual income. We will determine your fee after your first appointment.

How do I book an appointment?
You don’t need an appointment - just stop by during our hours of service.
If you need a follow-up appointment, you can book it directly with the therapist at the end of your first session.
