The Family Centre is here to help you build the awareness, understanding, knowledge, skills, and perspectives to move forward positively. 

A single session with one of our Mental Health Therapists may be enough to help you think more clearly and work through your own solution when you feel stuck.

  • Focused on one pressing issue and a specific goal
  • You will leave the session with a lot of tools and community resources
  • Most importantly, you can expect to come out with hope that things will get better

Goal-oriented Counselling 

  • No appointment is needed for your first session - just drop-in!
  • Free first 50-minute session
  • No referrals required
  • For ages 16 and under, guardians will be required to attend the first session before children are brought in for counselling.  
  • Create a plan and solutions for the change that you wish to see in your life with the help of a mental health therapist.

We Are Here to Help

At some point in your life, you may be faced with an issue that you don’t know how to handle. Up to this point, you’ve probably dealt with challenges on your own or with the help of those close to you. Has anyone ever told you that it’s OK to ask for professional help?

No matter what you’re going through, please know that help is available. Our mental health therapists can help you understand your situation better and figure out ways to move successfully through it. We have experience in a broad range of issues and our therapists are all trained in helping people get through trauma.
