Individual Sessions (offered at The Family Centre)

Individual sessions are one-on-one with a Family Life Educator, are 3 hours in length and can be scheduled to meet your needs (day, evening or weekend)

When you participate in an individual session you are given the same materials that you would receive in a ten (10) to sixteen (16) hour workshop/course.
