How to Book a CIS Interpreter:

* Please Note that fees apply for services booked through Centralized Interpreter Service. Services are provided to organizations. It is the organization that books/requests the interpreter that pays. Please call 780-448-2627 for a complete fee schedule.

1. Print the CIS Booking Form
   NOTE: The booking form requires Adobe's Acrobat Reader which can be obtained free of charge from Adobe.
2. Complete Step 1 on the CIS Booking Form
3. Fax the CIS Booking Form to 780-426-4918
4. Phone CIS at (780) 448-2627 to confirm that your Booking Form was received

After the interpretation:

1. Complete Step 2 on the Booking Form
2. Fax the completed Booking Form to CIS at (780) 426-4918
