We are updating our affiliate Records (to comply with the Council on Accreditation standards)...It's time to update your Insurance Certificate, Professional Registration, and Professional Development records for the 2008-09 year... If you haven't already done so...please don't forget to fax or mail them.

FSEAP Alberta’s policy requires that all clinical affiliates and providers provide a police criminal record search's to FSEAP every five (5) years. If you have not completed one within the past 5 years, please request that one be sent to FSEAP. A Letter is provided in the Forms and Guides page for you to present to your local RCMP or police detachment.

We are updating our affiliate Letters of Agreements (to comply with the Council on Accreditation standards) with all of our providers who signed on in 2006 or earlier. Watch for an email or letter if you signed on before 2007!
