About FSEAP
FSEAP (formerly Family Services Employee Assistance Programs) has been providing Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services to Canadian organizations since 1975. Once known as NEAP (National Employee Assistance Program), FSEAP is now an integrated national company with over 50 offices from coast to coast.
Today, the Alberta office of FSEAP provides services to over 100 organizations throughout Alberta and Western Canada and contributes to the successful management of 1000 organizations nationwide. These organizations represent a broad scope of both public and private economic sectors, and range in size from less than 50 employees to more than 10,000. National services offer centralized program administration as well as client access to EAP services nationwide. Regional services offer specialized awareness of local workplace and community issues, and facilitate referral to community-based resources. The purpose of FSEAP 's Employee and Family Assistance Program services is to help organizations support employees working to improve their productivity, functioning, and pro-social behavior and remain at or return to the workplace.
FSEAP is member of the Employee Assistance Association of North America (EASNA) and accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), an association which promotes standards of excellence for EAP practitioners, and is committed to its leadership within the EAP community.
Rooted in the communities we serve, FSEAP contributes all of its profits to the ongoing development and support of community social service programs. |
